Terms & Conditions

1. Drinks Package: Each attendee must choose one drinks package prior to the event. Please note that only drinks in the Banquet menu will be available for order on the day of the event.

2. Payment Deadline: All payments must be completed by February 1st. This allows us to finalize arrangements and ensure a smooth event.

3. Nonprofit Event: This is a nonprofit event aimed at fostering community collaboration and enjoyment. We are dedicated to bringing people together and creating a fun atmosphere for everyone involved.

4. Dietary Considerations: Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies when filling the form, so we can accommodate everyone’s needs.

5. We have a cancellation policy in place due to a minimum spend requirement for this event. Cancellations may be refunded if the minimum spend is achieved.

5. For those opting for the non-alcoholic package, please note that Same Same only allows one payment method from a single credit card. This means we have two options available: either the non-alcoholic package or the full drinks package. Unfortunately, drinks cannot be ordered at the bar on the day of the event due to the terms of their function room.

6. If you wish to choose the non-alcoholic drink, please direct message us on Instagram to arrange your drink package option.
